HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please call us at 718 209-4130 or email us at info@littlepeopleny.com We are open 7days a week. Place the invoice inside the original box with the item. Address the package to the following:

Indicate if you would like us to credit you back in the same manner you paid or exchange it for another item or size. We will immediately process your request. It's that simply.

RETURNS

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of reciept.(defined as when the carrier drops off the merchandise at your address). If merchandise is returned between 10-14 days it will be accepted for store credit (is valid for as long as we are in business) or exchange. All refunds less shipping costs, goods must be in the same condition as you received them. After 14 days we will not accept any merchandise for return and any merchandise that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.

SALE ITEMS RETURNED

Sale merchandise purchased upto 25% off maybe returned for exchange or store credit only within 10 days. Sale merchandise purchased at 40% off or above may not be returned or exchanged for any reason and is considered final sale.

SALES TAX

There will be no sales tax added to any order outside New York City.

New York City residents must add 8.625% to your order.

Little People Kids Boutique preferred carrier is UPS.

flat fee of $12.00 for the first item.

any item after the first will be charged an additional $5.00 per item
